Pakistan is a developing country and lacks behind in competitive environment. In this scenario, Total Quality Management (TQM) principles coupled with cost of quality concept provides another avenue to be efficient, cost effective, and competitive in view of ever changing global economic outlook.
The program aims to introduce TQM principles along with an introduction to Cost of Quality. Imparting awareness that quality pays for itself in the shape of cost reduction can greatly enhance efficiency in the longer run.
