Given the importance of this mega project, the incumbent government has opened a way for world businesses to invest in CPEC. There are ample opportunities for foreign investors to invest with 100% equity or joint ventures in various fields under this multi-billion project as repatriation of investment and profit has been allowed with legal protection. Foreign investment will enhance prosperity in the region and improve business to business cooperation that will reduce the burden of loans. It will also bring a boost to the economic wealth of Pakistan, increasing its rank within the world indexes of prosperity and success.
