To uplift the quality of human resource development in Pakistan, Australia will provide technical and agricultural training to Pakistan . The transfer of agro-technology between the two countries will boost the agro-economy of Pakistan. Agro-technology yields higher crop productivity and provides better facilities to the workers. Also, technology in the agricultural sector leads to higher efficiency and reduces the effect of environmental hazards on the crops.

A technology transfer will strengthen the relationship between the two countries. Pakistan already exports fruits, vegetables, and rice to Australia, and enhancement in the agricultural sector can boost up bilateral trade between the two countries.

Training and technology in the agricultural sector will enhance the food export of Pakistan. A huge amount of Pakistan’s export comes from the agricultural sector. It comprises 25% of the total GDP, higher than any other sector. It is also a major source of provision of raw material to the industrial sector of Pakistan. Agriculture has a great contribution toward economic development by providing employment.
