Road projects are an integral part of infrastructure development and help boost tourism, trade, and economic activity in the region. A well-developed infrastructure can attract foreign investment and maintain a high growth rate. Developed and maintained highways and strategic roads provide a safe, modern, and efficient transportation system. It is important in the micro and macro economy and can enhance national integration by increasing the provinces’ social and economic dependence.
