Recently, Graana.com in collaboration with the University Of Central Punjab has launched Pakistan’s first Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management. This is a four-year formal educational degree that aims to teach its students the theory and practical aspects of the real estate profession. The course includes the study of relevant technology, management, legal and environmental issues in the real estate sector of Pakistan.
Graana.com is Pakistan’s first online real estate market place and it has made several strides in the sector by introducing formal real estate education in different academic institutions. The company aims to transform the sector by introducing technology-driven and research-backed practices that can make the real estate sector an engine of economic growth in Pakistan.
Previously, Graana also launched a real estate certification course in collaboration with the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). The launch of the certification and the bachelor’s degree marks the beginning of formal real estate education in Pakistan.
